Alpha-Dog Pest Control works out of two locations, Evansville and Newburgh, and has served the area since 2020. We are a small, family-owned team, and owner Zach Krietemeyer still runs the company day to day. On bed bug and termite jobs, the verdict on whether it worked comes from an outside canine inspection team rather than from us. Why We Started
Zach started Alpha-Dog in 2020 to run pest control the way he wanted his own house treated. Show up when you said you would. Explain what you found in plain language. Stand behind it. We have served the Evansville area on that basis ever since, now from two locations.
It is also why he still likes to take the first visit himself. He wants to see the problem with his own eyes and hear what you are dealing with in your own words, because nobody is going to care as much as the owner. He handles difficult situations more easily, and he wants to make the first impression personally. He cannot always be the one who goes. When he cannot, it is Dylan, our General Manager, or a senior technician, and they work the same way.
That decision is also why the company has stayed small on purpose. A shop this size does not need layers between the owner and the job, and Zach has never wanted to add any.

Why we verify
Outside Proof, Not Our Word
We would rather hand you evidence than adjectives. Any company can say a job worked. We built this one around being able to prove it, and the bed bug work is where that shows up most plainly.
The heat is the first half. A bed bug heat treatment runs a full 24 hours at a target of 135 degrees, well past the roughly 118 degrees where bed bugs die in minutes. Heat and chemical go in together, unless a homeowner is against chemicals outright, in which case the heat runs alone.
The second half is what almost nobody here offers. Afterward an independent K9 Detections canine team inspects the bed bug job, and that team, not Alpha-Dog, decides whether the dwelling is clear. We do not grade our own work. Outside confirmation is the only proof worth much to the person paying for the job.
Proof is also what starts the clock. On a bed bug job the 30-day warranty begins once the independent canine team confirms the dwelling is clear, not on the day we first pull into your driveway. Getting that order right is the whole point, and it is why the warranty sits on the one service where an outside party decides the answer.

How We Work With You
Alpha-Dog is a small, family-owned team, and that is the point. Zach Krietemeyer owns the company. Carrie, our Office Manager, picks up when you call. Dylan is our General Manager and Gil our Senior Technician. We are growing, and the names will grow with us. What does not change is that the same small crew sees your property, not a different stranger every visit.
You are not routed through a call center. Carrie is the voice on the phone every time you call, and the technician who pulls up is one of the same few people. The national chains rotate technicians. We do not have enough people to rotate.
The office either books an inspection or schedules the treatment outright when you already know what you have. Commercial accounts usually skip the inspection. See how a job actually runs.
Zach holds the Indiana 7A supervisory and 7B termite licenses. Both are listed in our footer. Our technicians are certified through the Office of the Indiana State Chemist, administered via Purdue University, and the company is insured.
We serve Evansville, Newburgh, Boonville, Mount Vernon, Princeton, Rockport, New Harmony, Jasper, Washington, Santa Claus, and Bloomington in Indiana for residential pest control and commercial work. Henderson and Owensboro, Kentucky are available for customer-operated bed bug heat equipment rental only.
