The Alpha-Dog Promise

Alpha-Dog Pest Control puts a 30-day warranty on bed bug treatments. That is the one service it covers, and saying so plainly is worth more than stretching it across a price list. Every other pest we handle is protected a different way, through a plan where callbacks between visits are free on a quarterly or monthly schedule. Two promises, each doing the job it is actually built for.

The 30-Day Warranty Covers Bed Bug Treatments

It applies to bed bug work, and only to bed bug work. Not termite, not rodent, not mosquito, not roach, not a general pest visit.

The clock starts once the bed bugs are confirmed gone, not at the first treatment. On a bed bug job "gone" is not our opinion. An independent K9 Detections canine inspection has to clear the dwelling first. That is what makes the window mean something, because the count does not begin on our own read of our own work. Not our dog, not our crew, not our payroll.

Until that clearance, we keep coming back until the bed bugs are gone. The warranty is not a promise to try once and hope. The work continues until an outside party agrees the problem is finished, and the 30 days begin from there.

Why It Is 30 Days, and Why Only Bed Bugs

Bed bugs are the one pest where an outside party can tell you it worked. A trained detection dog can clear a dwelling. Nothing comparable exists for a mosquito population that reloads from a neighbour's yard every three weeks, or for ants that come back with the spring. A warranty is only as honest as the confirmation behind it, and on bed bug work there is a real one.

The window is short for a specific reason. Bed bugs are an introduced pest. They are hitchhikers, and they do not care whether a house is clean or dirty. They ride in on a suitcase from a hotel, a bus seat, a relative's couch, a piece of used furniture. That is how they arrive the first time and it is how they can arrive again. Nobody can warranty a suitcase.

A fresh introduction is not a treatment that failed. A bed bug carried back in after we confirmed the place clear is a new job, and no honest company can warrant against one walked through the front door.

Every Other Pest Is Protected by the Schedule

This is the part most companies leave vague, so here it is straight. Ants, roaches, spiders, rodents, mosquitoes, fleas, ticks and termites are not covered by the 30-day warranty. What protects a property against those is a quarterly or monthly plan, and callbacks between scheduled visits are free on that plan.

The reason is seasonal pressure, not a loophole. Ants push in through spring. Mosquitoes and wasps own the summer. Rodents look for a warm wall in fall. Termites do not go dormant at all. A 30-day clock on any of them would expire while the pressure was still building, which makes it a comfortable thing to advertise and a useless thing to hold. A schedule that lands treatment before the pressure peaks is the thing that actually works, and callbacks that cost nothing on a quarterly or monthly plan are what make it safe to rely on.

What a one-time visit gets you. A one-time general visit for a non-bed-bug pest is exactly that: the inspection, the treatment, and a straight account of what we found. It does not carry the 30-day warranty and it does not carry free callbacks. If you are off the plan and want us back out, we quote it. What it comes to depends on the work already done and what is still needed, which is why there is no flat number printed here. Send the quote form and the office will call with the number. Plans start at $35 a month, and most homes land between $35 and $100. No forced contracts. We would rather keep you by doing the work right than by holding you to a year, so a quarterly or monthly plan does not lock you into anything long term.

What Neither One Covers

A different pest is a different job. Bed bugs cleared in April does not put a wasp nest in July under the same 30 days.

Conditions we flagged that are still open. Standing water, a gap at a garage door, or a moisture problem named in the walkthrough gives a pest a reason to return that treatment alone does not remove. That is how pest pressure works.

Things that are not pest control. Structural repair, water damage, and the actual fixing of an entry point are a different trade.

The promise is about the work, and the work has an edge. We would rather show you the edge now than argue about it later.

Termite Work Gets Outside Proof Too

K9 Detections runs a termite dog, and we have access to it. That is newer than the bed bug arrangement and it matters more than it sounds, because termite work is the hardest job on this list to verify by eye. A trained nose with no stake in the outcome can work the structure after treatment and say whether anything is still active.
