What Happens After You Reach Out
The office reviews your form submission. Carrie, our Office Manager, calls you to confirm what you are seeing and fill in anything the request did not cover.
From there it forks two ways. If you are not sure what you have, she books an inspection, and on residential pest control jobs that visit is free. If you already know, she can put the treatment straight on the schedule, which is how commercial pest control accounts usually run.
Zach still likes to take that first visit himself when he can, because he wants to see the problem with his own eyes, and when he cannot get there it is Dylan, our General Manager, or a senior technician.
Bed bug treatments carry a 30-day warranty that starts once an independent canine inspection confirms the dwelling is clear. Everything else runs on a schedule, and callbacks between scheduled visits are free on a quarterly or monthly plan. No forced contracts, and a plan does not lock you into anything long term.
If you are not on a plan and want us back out, ask and we will quote it. What a return visit comes to depends on the work already done and what is still needed, so it is a number we give you rather than one we print. Send the form above, or call the office if you prefer, and you will have it before anything is scheduled. The full sequence lives on our process page.
